Educators have long known that the arts can contribute to student academic success and emotional well-being. The ancient art of storytelling is especially well-suited for student exploration. Discover and learn the elements of creating a compelling story and learn how to build communication skills to have students share their voices, with an unforgettable story. The session will provide diverse projects that will assist in teaching participants how to create and present an Unforgettable Story. Projects include: “My Town, “Find Yourself”, “Fly”, “My Story”, I Believe”, “Let Them Be Little”, “How Do You Like Me Now”, and “My Next 30 Years”. Resources for projects, lyrics, images, music, sample links and software provided in the 45 min session.
