About this talk
Young adults are taking longer to figure out their lives than ever before. While it’s fine to have more time to explore more options, too much ambiguity can lead to decreased motivation, increased anxiety, and depression. COVID-related uncertainties have exacerbated this problem. The Interesting Project offers young adults a mobile framework for designing personally meaningful experiences. Participants think of something they’ve always wanted to do, and spend 42 days doing it. Delivered entirely via Instagram, learners receive important life design TIPs and inspirations that stir curiosity, facilitate collaboration, engender action, and prepare them to better handle the ambiguity of adult life.
